One Family, Two Trades

We feed Spring, Texas. They keep the roof over it.

Señor Burrito Company is our family's restaurant. A few miles away, PL Roofing & Remodeling is my wife's brother's company — and her parents work there too. One extended family, two very different crafts, both of them right here in Spring.

We spend our days on tortillas and birria. They spend theirs on shingles, decking, and the parts of a house nobody thinks about until the ceiling starts dripping. Different trades, same standard: you do it right the first time, because the person you did it for is going to see you at Sunday dinner.

What they actually do

Roof replacements and repairs — including the storm damage that finds every Houston-area neighborhood eventually — plus remodeling work inside the house.

They work in English and in Spanish, which matters more than people expect when you are trying to understand what an adjuster just told you about your own roof.

Why we'd send you to them

Because we know how they work. Not from a review site — from the dinner table. When a neighbor asks us who to call about a roof, this is who we say, and we are not shy about it: they are family, and we would not point you at family if we thought you'd regret the call.

They wrote their own version of this story about us on their news page, which is a strange and nice thing to read about your own restaurant.

Need a roof? Or lunch?

Take your pick. We can help with exactly one of these.
